Just another day

two weeks ago, i received a call from a long non-contact ex-schoolmate... inside the call, she invited me to her wedding dinner on 18october... i thought she was joking but it came down in a silent moment and its really happening... although marridge is a usual thing to happen in "our society",, i am quite surprised to hear the news... i mean, she is about my age... and i got this imagination of me, getting married the next day...
in the drama, it started wit a kiss, "Ji Hsu", the main character plays a role of a school boy, who is smart, rich and attractive to girls... He was living life in peace and high line until he met "Xiang Qing", who has nothing in common with him... They clash into each other when "Xiang Qing" house collapsed and she was forced to stay in "Ji Hsu" house along with her dad... they went through many moments til they got married... the last part of the story displayed a funny wedding ceremony whereby "Ji Hsu" wears a wedding gown and "Xiang Ching" wears a bridegroom shirt,, writing a happy ending...
erm,, back to the main topic,, i received a message few days ago, written in chinese which i cant read, so i asked my mom to read... its about forwarding her wedding dinner on 11october... omg, i alredi asked for halfday on 18october, how can i change the timetable...T_T sure cannot get lo.... i hoped my new manager is really really considerate.... haihz, if my ex-manager is around, den good lo...
today, i wan to do many things.... dunno what to do yet.... but i m going to some place...

OneMoreDay

the things i learnt, i think i wan to care less and mind my own business...
i have not achieve anything great but atleast i live life happily...
to get rid of trouble is to stay out of it....
dont matter how smart you are or how great you are, just ask yourselve, are you in the right spot??? does this carry you to the next spot you want??? and will it change???
think less and most of the problems are gone.... think smart and not more when problem comes... breath in deeply and wait for 3 seconds , then, breath out and wait another 3 seconds and breath in... repeat for 3 or more times...
feel better???
if you are prepared, you wont shock urself, the chances of crying is less.....

Last night was history, next day is mystery, today is a gift, thats why its called present....

A good thing

i think it is a good thing to increase the oil price... as long as the world keep develop, demands increase... when demands increase, they produce and sell.... and where they hav the ingredients? earth....
production kills nature.... increased oil price maintain car traffic, lower rate of road accident, less emittance of fuel gas, more car park, and increase number of pubblic transport....
that is due to my oppinion.... no offence...

Destiny or Fate

its been a rainy day... i was freezing cold.... i knew that wud happen, so i brought along a jacket dat ariel, rain, vincent, edmund, poh juan?, etcc.... bought me... that was my 18 years old gift and it was my 1st ever birthday celebration wit my friends.... it was the best gift from my best friends, coz, i nvr had a jacket before, nothing to warm myself... tis is my warmest thing i hav hav to wear.... i love it...
erm... the long hours of work is nearer by seconds... can i handle wit panda eyes??? i think i will hav many caf. the next day to keep myself up....

Blue....Light Blue is not Blue....

light blue is light blue,, and blue is blue.....
today, yesterday and the past few weeks, business had dropped...... we all are getting bored.....
as we all know, the terible nature disaster happen in sichuan, many people lost their homes, families, schools, and everything.... we all should contribute abit to them.... i think its a sad thing to happen.... just imagine in the middle of normal routine, studying, working, u were there, and suddenly the earth shock.... just lik dat... everything u have had gone....
one of the most touching and sad incident happen is about a mother and daughter/son story.... it was about few days after the earthquake when the rescuer found a dead woman body on top of a 6 months old child.... the child was kept alive apon long hours by a bottle of milk.... it was believed dat the dead woman is the child's mother.... before the building fell,, the mother quickly grabbed a bottle of milk to feed her baby and hugged the child really close.... the mother actually knew she was going to die... she wanted her child to live.... so,, for all my fellow blog readers,, pls love ur mother....

MyComfortZone

actually i am very sleepy and wanted to sleep but i have to not sleep for a moment to post this sleepy thingy....
I AM IN MY COMFORT ZONE.... alrite, i have to get out, do serious.... have not been getting any salary... so, i realli wanted to learn more about optics... products, refraction, lens edging, communication, etc.....
before dat i wanted to announce, it has been a year for us..... we went to jogoya..... very delicious......... there are many different kinds of food...... too much to mention..... but anyway, its been a year..... many obsticles...... many arguments..... many fights.... and each time we learn something from it...... we learnt how to realise.... we realise each other more...... we realise dat we shud BRING A SPARE SHOE WITH US.....
common idea of a sweet couple is to be more like each other....and its realli not true.... a sweet couple should be more agressive and know how to say sorry..... being together isnt a responsible but its a miracle...... recalling to all those sweet moments, even if i am angry or not happy, i will say i am sorry or make easy ways for each other....... i am not saying dat for the sack of good moments,, its because we realise something in our heart... also, its realli not worth breaking our heart.... cause our heart is priceless.....

8TV Banned For Three Months

OIAM NEWS! 8TV Banned For Three Months

Local production house is banned showing live and delayed telecast concerts and all entertainment programmes
Following investigations into 8TV’s "Rockin Birthday Concert" where Faizal Tahir too off his shirt and exposed his body which was painted with the letter "S" in red, 8TV has been banned from showing live and delayed telecast concerts and all entertainment programmes for three months effective Jan 15.
The effected programmes are: One In A Million, Project Superstar and American Idol.
According to 8TV's CEO Ahmad Izham Omar, this is the first time in four years such an incident occurred. "We are taking positive steps to ensure that this will not happen again," he said.
Currently, 8TV has reached two conclusions: Faizal will no longer be with 8TV and steps to manage the three shows.
"Shows will be recorded from now for the given period (3 months). The schedule for One In A Million will still be the same only the broadcast time will be different," said Izham.
However, nothing has been confirmed yet.
As for Faizal, he is barred from appearing live or in delayed telecast of entertainment programmes aired by private television stations and may face similar action from Radio Televisyen Malaysia (RTM).

Pancake

This jus look good... i have some of these at mcD... and it was delicious... Thumbs up....

To Do(from Yahoo)

1. Write a bona fide letter to someone who won’t expect it. Think of a person who really matters to you and recount one of your most hilarious moments together, thank her for guiding you through a difficult time, or just tell her that you want to get together more often.

2. Enlist everyone in the house, including the kids, to speed-clean one drawer. Set up a box for donations and another for trash. (Just be sure to survey your children’s pulled items, in case those pricey ballet slippers made their way into the Salvation Army bin.)

3. Empty your e-mail in-box. Delete and file. If your entire in-box is too overwhelming to tackle, focus on one day or one week of e-mails first.

4. Take digital photos of all the valuables in one room for insurance purposes. Keep the photos in a folder with original receipts or estimated values and serial numbers or warranties.

5. Toss all the liquor bottles in your bar that are less than one-eighth full (like that 1989 crème de menthe). If there’s more than a cocktail’s worth, try out a new drink, such as a stinger or an Amaretto sour. (See Easy Cocktail Recipes for how to make these drinks.) But remember: “Some low-proof liqueurs can spoil,” says Dale DeGroff, author of The Craft of the Cocktail (Clarkson Potter, $35, www.amazon.com). “Spirits of 80 proof will last for years in most cases, but liqueurs should be tasted if they have been stored for that long.”

6. Try one new food.

7. Donate to your favorite charity. Visit www.justgive.org and browse the nonprofit’s 19 different categories (such as “disaster relief” and “environment”), research a charity’s financials, decide where to give, and make a donation.

8. Send a year’s worth of blooms to yourself (or a loved one) through a floral site like www.calyxandcorolla.com, where you can order cut flowers or plants delivered monthly (cost: about $30 to $50 a month).

9. Buy a few lint rollers and hang one near every entrance to the house. No more frantic searching for the defuzzer at the last minute or getting caught in a meeting with Rover’s yellow hair all over your black dress.

10. Schedule a day off from work.

11. Program five essential numbers into your cell phone, like your doctor and your favorite take-out place, to avoid searching in address books and phone books for the same numbers again and again.

12. Swap music. Switch MP3 players with your spouse, child, or friend and listen to his or her favorite playlist. You’ll discover new artists, and you just might learn something about the person you swapped with. (Your macho husband likes ’N Sync?)

6-Ways of Diet(From Yahoo)

Low energy really puts a drag on your day, keeping you from enjoying your daily activities. The causes of low energy are numerous, but it usually points to the stress of living in this modern world.
Coping with stressful situations requires a lot of energy, leaving the average person drained and even depressed. Discover six amazing ways you can restore your energy below.1. Energize with a Blockbuster BreakfastWe have all heard that "you are what you eat," but it's also true that you are when you eat. The human body follows a circadian rhythm, and because of this, the same foods eaten at breakfast and lunch are assimilated differently than when they are eaten later. Start the day right with a breakfast that gives you the energy you need to function strong all day long.
Studies have shown that when you eat your daily protein and fat at breakfast, you tend to lose weight and have more energy; conversely, eating the same things at dinner increases your tendency toward weight gain, increased blood pressure, and heart disease. 2. Sustainable Energy with SnacksMost people eat too many foods that supply a rapid burst of energy in the form of simple carbohydrates and sugars - which burn out fast, leaving us depleted - rather than foods with a more sustainable energy content.
Eat a snack at mid-morning and another one at mid-afternoon. Good ones to choose are nuts, seeds, fruits, or protein-rich foods like hummus made from beans; these will help you sustain your energy and prevent low blood sugar from setting in. Make your own trail mix with almonds, pine nuts, walnuts, dried cranberry, raisins, or any other combination.3. Ginseng Restores Failing EnergyThe most famous of energy tonics, Panax ginseng has been prized and used for 5,000 years in Asian medical traditions. Ginseng's popular uses include increasing physical and mental endurance, decreasing fatigue, and gently boosting energy. Unlike coffee, which stimulates the central nervous system, ginseng elevates energy gently. People taking ginseng often report overall improvement in wellbeing. Available as powder, capsule, and tea, you can find ginseng in your local health food store.4. Flush Out ToxinsOne cause of low energy is a buildup of toxins in the system. Water is very important in properly flushing the system and hydrating the cells to prevent buildup of toxic waste products. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day at room temperature. Better yet, drink teas made with herbs such as peppermint, chrysanthemum, and dandelion that gently cleanse your body. 5. Proper Posture Promotes Energizing Your mother was looking out for your health when she told you to stop slouching. Slouching not only makes you look older than you are, it also leads to a huge drop in energy by decreasing your oxygen intake. When you compress the diaphragm and ribs, full respiration cannot take place and the blood flow is slowed to your brain and extremities. To get proper posture, pull your chin inward and pretend there is a string pulling straight up from the top of your head.6. Raise Your Energy with ExerciseGetting enough exercise is crucial to maintaining a high energy level. Exercise helps us deal with daily stresses; without it, the body is rapidly depleted of vital energy. There are many opportunities throughout your day to be active. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park a few blocks away from your destination. Walk briskly, run, or ride your bike instead of driving. Sweep the floor with a broom instead of a vacuum. Cut your lawn with a manual mower. Take a break from sitting to stretch or do a set of squats.
To really jumpstart your energy, try this: Jump rope for five minutes every hour throughout the day and drink a glass of water afterward. This will increase your circulation, get more oxygen in your body, and remove toxins from your body.I hope that this article helps you maintain your vitality! I invite you to visit often and share your own personal health and longevity tips with me. May you live long, live strong, and live happy!-Dr. Mao

SpyCamS

Nude victims in ‘compromising’ acts

SOME of the footage seized from the voyeur who installed spy cams in the bathrooms used by 19 college girls showed some of the victims in ‘compromising positions’.
Sources said the incriminating footage was found in an MP4 player seized from the 34-year-old suspect.

“He would store the clips containing incriminating acts for his own use and delete the rest after watching them,” said a source.

The voyeur spent hours scouring the Net on how to install the spy cams before acquiring the equipment from eBay, a popular online auction site which deals with all kinds of gadgets, spending thousands of ringgit.

The source said the suspect got his chance when tenants of his double-storey house in Taman Bullion Mewah in Sentul complained of a faulty toilet two months ago.

He told the girls that he needed a day to repair the toilet and used the opportunity to install the cameras in the other bathrooms in the house.

The father of two, who was reported to have gained the trust of his tenants, then spent several hours a week sitting in his Toyota Avanza parked outside the house where he would get ‘live’ video streaming from the bathrooms via his laptop.

He would later transfer the footage to an MP4 player.

No one suspected anything although several neighbours saw him in the car, normally during lunch time.

The girls’ college mates confirmed seeing the suspect in his car when they came home for lunch but thought nothing of it.

“We did not even know that he owned the house. It never crossed our minds that he was up to no good,” said one of them.

The youth was one of the two who spotted the cameras after being alerted by the girls who lived next door. He declined to be identified.

He said the Avanza was usually parked under a tree or in front of the girls’ house two or three times a week.

“He looked as if he was reading something from a laptop, but we ignored him.

I only realised he was the landlord when police arrested him on Saturday night,” he said.

His friend said they usually came home for lunch, just like the other college students living in the area.

“We were shocked when one of the girls asked for our help after showing us a picture she took on her cell phone of something in the toilet.

“We went to their house and using a knife, we took off the cover and found the spy cam. We tested it and noticed that the camera was activated everytime the bathroom lights came on,” he said.

They called police who arrived at 10pm. After checking the house, police told the girls to ask the landlord to come over.

“The man was arrested when he arrived at midnight,” he said.

Sentul police chief Assistant Commissioner K.

Kumaran said the case is being investigated although it had been solved with the arrest of the suspect.

The case is being investigated under Section 292 of the Penal Code for possession of obscene objects which, if convicted, is punishable by a jail term of up to three years, or a fi ne, or both.

It is learnt that police will submit the investigation paper to the deputy public prosecutor’s office today.

On Monday, it was reported that 19 students living in the double-storey terrace house for two years did not know that they were being watched via spy cams installed in all the three bathrooms.

On Saturday evening, however, one of the girls who was showering noticed something sticking out of the ceiling and checked with her neighbours.

Upon investigating, they found the cameras installed near the fl uorescent lights.

Who's Watching You in Your Hotel Room?
Wes VernonSaturday, July 21, 2001 WASHINGTON - Next time you check into a hotel, you may want to consider asking if there are any hidden cameras in your assigned room.
There could be cameras hidden in mirrors, television sets, lamps and even the radio alarm clock on your nightstand.
"What? Hidden cameras in my hotel room? That’s like placing a hidden camera in my own home without my knowledge or consent. Once I’m in my hotel room, I’m in my home away from home.”
That’s your likely reaction.
However, Fox News reports that at least two hotels have bought that kind of security equipment. More than that may be involved. In an interview with NewsMax.com, Arielle Jamil, director of public affairs for Counter Spy Shops, specialty stores for high-tech spy equipment and devices, did not dispute us when we asked if two hotel chains had bought the spy gear.
Two hotel chains? Which ones?
"We don’t disclose the names of our customers,” replied Jamil, director of public affairs for the Counter Spy Shop chains.
So why on earth would a hotel want to jeopardize customer relations by risking the appearance of spying on its own guests?
"They buy it for security reasons.”
Yes, but that same equipment that can be used for security reasons can just as easily be used to spy on the hotel guest.
"Oh, but they use it only to look into the room at a time of the day when the guest is not there."
You mean in midday when the maids are cleaning?
"Maids, anyone else from housekeeping, engineering if there’s a mechanical problem that needs to be fixed." Hotels don’t want to be sued by guests who complain that something was stolen while they were out.
Okay, but how does the guest know that some voyeur on the hotel staff won’t use the equipment to peer in at a guest? And how does the hotel always know when the customer is out for the day? Some hotel guests keep odd hours.
"Well, you know, we just sell the equipment. We can’t be responsible for whatever the buyers choose to do with it," Jamil responded. "It’s the same thing with people who sell butcher knives. They don’t know if the customer is going to misuse it."
True, there were those who wondered if the O.J. Simpson case would spark a movement for knife control. But there is less temptation for misuse of a butcher knife or a gun. That is why the gun-control movement in this country has been on the defensive of late. Most folks don’t want to kill anybody. Putting spy equipment in the hands of a bored night clerk raises all kinds of temptations.
And another distinction: Killing people, of course, is illegal. Spying on people through legally purchased spy or "security" equipment is legal. That’s right. There’s no law preventing it, especially if it’s done in the name of "security."
The Counter Spy Shops are owned by the CCS International Inc., headquartered in New Rochelle, N.Y. Shops are in such far-flung locations as New York City, Washington, Beverly Hills, Miami, Hong Kong, London and South Korea.
Its Web site advertises a wide variety of spy equipment.
One ad says, "Who would suspect a video system to be concealed within the functioning alarm clock radio? CCS presents the most recent advancement in miniature surveillance technology … Due to its unique disguise, the camera can shoot pictures discretely even from close up."
Near the picture of a lamp, there is this:
"This hi-tech portable system allows you to monitor in real time, your office, home, store, property, store, garage, or business while you’re away." Or hotel room?
CCS says it has been in business since 1959. This is an industry that apparently has been growing. CCS has competition for this market.
Aimdiscount.com boasts "the best quality available in Wireless Hidden Camera Systems” that are "so successful because they appear to be everyday items.”
Among its advertised "everyday items” containing cameras are an alarm clock radio, a smoke alarm, a wireless wall clock, a picture frame, a lamp, an artificial plant basket, a night light, and even a "wireless tissue box.”
Jamil of CCS told NewsMax that the company has many different kinds of customers.
Government agencies?
"Lots,” she replied.
That is already universally suspected.
But when you question your privacy in, of all places, your own hotel room, you might think of William Raspberry’s recent column in the Washington Post saying that as far as privacy is concerned, the horse is out of the barn.
NewsMax.com, however, will not throw up its hands and give up this fight. Americans are entitled to the privacy they have come to expect. If you lose all privacy, you have crossed the line from a republic to a police state.

See the Spy Finder in Action

How do I find a hidden spy camera? The Spy finder is the simple answer. You will be able to locate any hidden camera any spy cam any nanny camera This is the product everyone is talking about. We're actually getting hate mail from other spy shop owners. The Spy Finder , like it or not, is here to stay. You can be secure in any area by using the spy finder to check for hidden cameras. Hotel room cameras? Spyfinder finds them. Dressing room cameras? Spyfinder finds them. The original technology used to locate wired and wireless spy cameras was developed by a military engineering and contractor firm about five years ago. The device worked and worked well.
Say Goodbye To Spy Pinhole and hidden Cameras
Last Year, Over 74 Million Dollars Was Spent On Spy CamerasAlone. They Are Everywhere, Mostly Where They Shouldn't BeIn The First Place. The Spyfinder Locates hidden Spy and Pinhole Cameras, Wired Or Wireless cameras, Dead or Alive From 30 FEET!!!!
Anyone Hiding A Camera In A Dressing Room, Tanning Booth, Restroom, Etc. WILL BE CAUGHT...........
The SpyFinder hidden camera detector/locator is the most reliable and easy to use technology on the market for making sure that your private actions are not being watched. Its function is based on the principle of optical augmentation. This technical jargon refers to the phenomenon where light reflected from a focused optical system, such as a video camera, is reflected along the same path as the incident light. This means that if a hidden camera is illuminated and viewed with the SpyFinder technology, then a strong reflection from the target camera will reveal its position to the user.
See the Spy Finder in ActionThe SpyFinder exploits this phenomenon by using a ring of ultra-bright LEDs arranged around a viewing port. When a user scans a room looking through the viewing port, a hidden camera appearing in the field of view will brightly reflect the light from the LEDs.
Operation
While the equivalent of rocket scientists thought up the SpyFinder technology, operating it is not rocket science. Simply look through the viewing port (see photo) and depress the button to activate the LEDs. Slowly scan areas where hidden cameras are suspected and look for bright reflected spots. Remember, most hidden video cameras use pinhole camera lenses, so the spot you are looking for could be small.
If you see a suspected camera, move your vantage point slightly. If the location of the reflection moves as you move, then this is not a camera. If the location of the reflection does not move, then it is highly likely that you have discovered the optics of a hidden camera.
For example, consider a wall clock that has a domed plastic cover and a pinhole camera concealed under the numeral six on the clock face. When the SpyFinder is used to scan the clock, a reflection will be noted where the camera is located beneath the six and a reflection will also be noted from the plastic cover. However if you move your vantage point just a little, you will notice that the location of the false positive reflection point from the plastic cover will move, while the reflection from the camera remains under the numeral six on the clock face.
TRUE STORIES
1) In July 2002 an Ohio man staying in Knoxville at a major hotel chain found a hidden camera in a bathroom light fixture. He discovered the small video camera after noticing a tiny black spot. He thought it was an insect, but it turned out to be a hole in the fixture that concealed a video camera.
2) July 2003 Overton County Tennessee parents, upset that their children were filmed undressing in school locker rooms have filed suit, charging that school officials allowed surveillance cameras to be installed and then failed to secure the images.
3) A woman who says she noticed a video camera in the ceiling of the bathroom of a franchised toy is suing the retailer for invasion of privacy. She noticed a hole in the ceiling above the commode while visiting the suburban Atlanta store on March 21, 2003.
4) August 2004, Ithaca, New York - A college student called police after discovering a pinhole camera in the bathroom of the apartment she shared with three women, and now her landlord is charged with unlawful surveillance. The landlord faces four counts of unlawful video surveillance, a felony that can draw up to four years in prison. He also owns several rental properties near Cornell University. Police said they searched two other apartments and found two pinhole cameras and several video recordings of at least four students.
5) Guilty verdicts in 16 electronic eavesdropping cases were returned in Lenawee County Circuit Court against the owner of a tanning salon. The proprietor was arrested after police on Feb. 27 found a hidden camera in the tanning room and five tapes of customers.
